Puppy Selection Policy & Notification Request

• When placing a Notification request for a litter, Buyer understands and agrees that puppy selections must be made when the puppies are between four (4) and five (5) weeks of age. Selections may be made in person, via photographs, or through a live video call.

• If Buyer is unable to attend in person within this timeframe but chooses to proceed with selection remotely, their place in the picking order will be honored. However, if Buyer declines to select a puppy remotely and insists on an in-person selection after the five (5) week mark, Buyer understands that their original pick position cannot be held.

• In such cases, Buyer agrees to select from the remaining available puppies at the time of their in-person visit. Seller is not obligated to hold a specific puppy or delay the selection process beyond five (5) weeks of age.
